Servion Mortgage does not uphold their standard. 1) Signed up autopay on first day of each month. It wasn't process until days later. Calculation of interest makes a difference. 2) Duplicate deductions occurred on July 2023. No explanation or warning was given. 3) August 2023, signed up and registered on new website Care 2.0 as per Servion's instruction. Done that and all I am getting blank screen all week. Called Servion and been on hold for an hour. Simply gave up. No response through email too. Bottom line, their service/management/s quality of service is poor. Be aware of their defense/excuses.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a mortgage. Communication was none existing. According to Daniel ***** loan officer when we applied on Jan 7th should close in by the end of March. I brought copies of everything that was requested the 8th of Jan. Jan 19th The title file was open (underwriting prep). Jan 26th Title commitment done. Feb 3rd Greg ******** asked where we wanted to close. Feb 10th email stating "if we require any additional information after the review is complete, we will contact you as soon as possible," That was from Amber Weber. ON Feb 22 I called Mr ***** and left a message asking what documents were needed, He replied, "Things are moving along great and your loan Processor Amber will be in touch with you this week and provide and update on anything that is missing if there is anything. Just hang tight until she reaches out to you, On the 24th I sent another email asking what was needed. I got an email back from Anndrea * **** Director of Residential Title on the 25th including the loan officer, loan processor and closing assistant. I contacted I told the Title person and Amber I was ready to walk away and not go forward with the refi. The first week of March. Amber told me she would get back to me with a few days no more than a week. fast forward to March 19 well over ten business days from when I talked to Amber I get a call from Amy **** Retail Processing Manager that Amber was out of the office until the following Tuesday. At which point i was upset and told her that there is NO WAY to close by the end of the month and I was starting a new job the next month. She emailed a list of what was needed, I sent everything. One of the items I provided the association dues. I was charged $250 for at closing to get from my association. ( they provided me proof that Servion was sent this), So what happen to it? March 22 I emailed that I was ready to walk away. We had to enlist the help of my credit union to verify info I had when I first asked what was needed. I was also told the $1200 in my escrow account would be returned to me, it was not. instead it was used to pay down the old loan. on the 23 of March loan approved exceptions were made so we could close on March 26th. However the loan documents were left for us to read and sign but our copy did not include everything. When we received out escrow refund in May I called the head of servion Mortgage I believe Brad something and because it was near Memorial day he asked for a few days to get back to me. in Late July I called because I never heard from him. He apologized and said he thought he left me a message.
