SCAMMERS. Not once, but TWICE IN A WEEK! I was visiting a friend helping him babysit, had the guest pass nice and clear in my windshield. Next thing you know, my car is gone. The office apologized and said it was a big mistake and never should have happened, but refused to reimburse me for the $300 plus lost wages, it took to get my stolen vehicle out of their impound lot. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER... THE SAME THING. Go to get in my car, can't find it. I'm thinking no way they did it. However, I installed a GPS in my car due to this issue. Sure enough, check GPS and it's in the impound TWICE IN THE SAME WEEK. This place is a SCAM. I told them what happened, they said "We really don't care, and it'll be $300 to get your car back, we only accept cash. I was literally parked for 15 minutes to drop off something to my friend, guest pass displayed and everything. Sure enough. CROOKS. Out of ***** Apartment owned by Trinity-PM. Do something about your management and business practice please. This is harassment.

The dumb f***** that they had driving the tow truck came to me in the parking lot talk to me and then proceeded to drag my car out ************************************************************************************************************************************************************ up at the drop off spot instead if I dont pay over the phone he was in the impound vehicle I had no way to pay over the phone to impound my vehicle and it cost me an extra $400 in an extra trip with AAA and they never helped me out either one of them

Elite has been amazing to my family and myself. They have been nothing but helpful in relocating my car to the shop that is now fixing it. They showed up on time and were very careful with my car. I'm truly greatful for the service that have provided to not only my family but other people I have told them about. Tony totally knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly.

I live in a new apartment complex where parking is a problem for residents. My Girlfriend came over for a visit and parked in the visitors parking. She stayed late and at 12:00 AM Elite Towing of Minnesota towed her vehicle 11 miles away to there yard. When we discovered it was gone we had no way of knowing if it was towed or stolen, Ended up finding out it was towed to Elite Towing from visitors parking spot. We contacted them and said we will be right over to pick the vehicle up. Elite Towing said were closing in 10 minutes and if you don't here then there will be a $40.00 late charge. Never told there was a charge of $280.00 and had to be in cash to get vehicle out. They said go to the ATM and get the cash if you take to long you will have come tomorrow and get it and there will be a $75.00 Charge They put my Girlfriend through a intense interrogation to prove it was her vehicle. They were Rude, Condescending, Threatening, to the point that I called the Savage Police Department to monitor the situation. My Friend was in tears. They ended up releasing to her but, refused to let me on the property to check for damage from the towing till after She signed a release. Worst experience dealing with terrible company!

Was told to have car at a pick up place at a certain time.. did so never got the car 3 days later, paid $100 deposit and now they said I broke there contract and they are keeping my money for services I never got because of there problems not mine.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. Takes your deposit and never picks up the car and keeps your money
