            We have had our garage floor coating in place for about three years . . . and have needed repairs each season. We are currently waiting to hear back from someone after being told early in March they would reach out and get us on the calendar ASAP in spring. The follow-up email to the individual we were working with has been unanswered since May 14. This is typical of what we've experienced in the past. It takes a LONG time to hear back from someone. Their staff have been quite pleasant when they finally contact us. However, the product continues to have issues. Even if it's deemed under warranty, it's frustrating to have to continually reach out to get cracks and raised sections fixed. It's clearly visible where they've repaired (and doesn't look great), and last year's "fix" is lifting and causing a trip hazard. Repeat headaches, unsightly garage floor, and a product that cracks and lifts? Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company.
