Not to be bothered, I told him that I wasn’t interested, even though I knew my roof needed replacing. Frankly, I didn’t trust people who gained business that way. A couple of months later, he came back, and my wife talked to him and scheduled an appointment to have the roof inspected. Reluctantly, I agreed, and they came out and provided us with a very thorough inspection and report. I asked him many questions about how the process worked with our insurance company and he assured me that he knew what he was doing. I finally agreed to let him contact my insurance company and file a claim. He did. To make a long story short, everything that he told me was absolutely correct, and it happened just as he said it would. Their crew came out on a Thursday morning, and by Friday at noon, I had a new, functional, and beautiful roof. The work was outstanding, and my yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I am a very difficult person to deal with and I don’t trust very many people, but Cooper was persistent without being pushy and performed above my expectations!
