Building and buying a home with inspire homes general contractor, *********************** was a huge mistake. This builder is absolutely horrible. Time lines are not met, very poor quality build, forgotten items, carelessness, poor attitude from him. Unkept promises and mistake after mistake. My husband and I had written a ****** review with attached Photos of our poor quality home build with Inspire Homes to help warn others of the poor quality home you will receive and poor customer service. however that ****** ad page was removed. I do feel it is important for the general public to know what a horrible experience we had. and after building at home with Inspire Homes others that we have met throughout our neighborhood have also had an awful experience. There has even been other contractors that speak poorly of him regarding his lack of commitment, lack of materials, lack of quality, lack of organization, and being able to schedule work appropriately. We also had a uninsured contractor here that ***** hired to do our master bath shower that ***** never paid him and that contractor showed up on my doorstep asking me if I knew you were *********************** was for his money. Our master bathroom shower needed to be redone, ***** did it himself trying to fix it but that was a huge fail our shower walls have a 3D effect and tiles on the floor are popping up and feel sharp. Total hack! Our home is only two years old and we are still awaiting ***** to return and fix items. And once you close and he gets his money, h*** be out no more responding to your text. He will not give you a one-year walk-through on your home which is in your contract. He will just totally dip out on you. Its pretty sad that this person is still in business and is able to take peoples money and not provide the custom home, build that he tells his clients. Inspire Homes will not give you a custom home build he will take your money and give you a polished t*** stay away!!!!
