      Terrible business, Sold me a truck that immediately (within a week) had an issue with 02 sensors, called them and never heard anything at all. So I paid for that.Then during the winter I noticed a strong Oil smell coming from the cab. Valve cover gasket seal gone. Again had to pay for that, seems like other have had the same problem.Most recently I was driving a friend with stage 5 kidney disease my brakes went out. Turns out there was a recall on this truck for a problem with the master brake cylinder.I was not made aware of this when I asked if there were any recalls on this truck when I bought it. When I left them a review on ****** they said the recall was not valid at time of sale and that they wrote to me about it. It was bought on the 3rd of June and by the 14th of June, **** decided that I should get a letter telling me about the recall.I never got that, even went through my mail scans from around that date and surprisingly nothing...The official recall for my truck was in April of that year. They lied Terrible dealership and unscrupulous. I tried calling **** and they could care less as well.Honestly I love my **** but its likely the last one I will buy after this experience.

      Purchased 2016 F150 around 2021 with 80k miles *** have 125k. When buying I requested car fax report. Didnt get one. Sales guy saw damage to tail gate cover said hed get me a new one. Didnt happen. After first week needed new spark plugs due to misfire do they not check plugs for their prior to sale inspections or just not do them? (I replaced the plugs) first few months exhaust man. Gasket (Anderson repaired and covered labor cost which was good) Then rear breaks (I repaired) followed by throttle body (I repaired) Second year other exhaust man gasket (anderson repaired). Replaced starter (me). Had exhaust coming into cabin, anderson said flex pipe I argued but had em do it. Same problem happening so left it there they replaced a pump that was leaking. Problem still not solved. I showed video of problem to manager. We agreed valve cover gasket leaking. They replaced for free. On way home truck through a p0234 (I have scan tool always connected). Checked for problem. Line connected to wastegate solenoid was disconnected. This line was removed most likely from mechanic replacing valve cover gasket as the line runs over top of valve cover. They were helpful in covering some costs which helps a lot, thats why two star. But the list of negatives gets pretty long. 3 complaints.1. Didnt get what I requested and was told I would get at purchase 2. More repairs on this truck in 40k miles then trucks Ive put 150k on. 3. No trust in mechanics *** I have to worry about what problems the over boost may have caused on my 40 minute drive home. Another valve cover leak or worse a head gasket.

      Avoid at all costs. Brought my truck in for a needed repair, specifically asked to have brakes inspected as I was driving the truck across the country the following week. I was told the truck was perfectly fine, the brakes were in good, working order. I was metal on metal within **** miles. *** pistons on the calipers were bent and no pads were left whatsoever on my rear passenger brake. Spoke to general manager today and the response was "gee, sorry". I drove from ********* to ******* with 2 children in my truck with NO REAR BRAKES and almost gone front brakes. I wouldn't trust them to do anything, ever again.

      ****, I would like to start out by saying again, as I had over the phone, I am sorry that you had a problem with your vehicle. When your truck was here on December 8, 2021, we replaced the DEF heater module and inspected the vehicle for your upcoming trip. At that time there were no issues that our technician found that he felt would cause a problem on your trip. The steering was tight, the tires had plenty of tread, there were no major leaks, and the brakes had plenty of pad material and were not in need of replacement. You mentioned in your review that the pistons in a caliper was bent. The pistons cannot bend however, they could seize in the bore causing excessive brake pad wear. Without talking to the technician who performed the repair when you were on the road nearly three months after leaving our dealership, I would have no way to verify what had happened. This is something that though unfortunate, we would not have been able to foresee happening three months after we looked at your vehicle.I asked you what you felt would be a fair resolution to this problem and offered to help you when we spoke on the phone.
