Simple ************** is a horrible company to deal with. When the merchandise was picked up by 4 guys from my home the movers were joking around and drinking. It took them forever to pack the truck. I personally tiped each one of course me being a nice person.When the merchandise was delivered to the Public Storage in *******, there was alot of merchandise missing and the guy who wrote on the delivery sheet did not press hard enought so that the carbon copy is not legible. My motorcycle was damaged in the move, boxes are missing they said they werent taped which I have a few pictures (we had bins and card board boxes taped with black and **** strong masking tape, jewlery in boxes missing, damaged pictures, damaged dressers (and then he said they were old, excuse me my dresser was 2 years old and in very good condition, and much more. It's sad after all the money they charge they rip us off in the move. Believe me if I would of known I would of gone with a well known company. They were quick to take my money and they get upset when we ask questions and don't return calls. We started to deal with **** from ******************* and once they received the money they sent Simple Moving to do the rest. Called and emailed **** a couple of times but no answer. Don't be fooled by his slick talk. Take my advice look for a reputable company.
