I contacted our customer service representative after a year and a half, and she responded instantly with a phone call to find out what we needed. She provided great service and even found us a "deal" on the item that we needed. Really above and beyond service from *******, and it is much appreciated! This is the first time I've ordered from *********. I cannot say yet how the service is as I am not sure when I will receive my first order. As for ordering I found the process easy.
