Terrible customer service. I ordered replacement elements for my boiler and agreed to overnight shipping charges. Received the wrong part. Called them next day and they overnighted the correct parts to me. Got charged for both orders. Now just trying to get the incorrect part returned to them and my $200 refund. They answer their phones, but the appropriate person (John) will not call or email me back. Kind of bad how one person can ruin a company. Would not recommend doing business with them and don't think they will be in business long term to support the products their selling. I bought their products through Menards and plan to get with Menards and share my experience.Review from Joshua E

Great people to deal with!! I had an issue over the weekend with with my Micro boiler and reached out to them, They answered the phone promptly (on the weekend mind you) and said bring the wall unit to them on monday so they can look at it. It's now Monday and I'm on my way home with a brand new unit.Review from Adam E

Spent $8000 with his company. Told him what I had and what I needed. Sent me parts that didn’t match up. Finally when I got someone to call me back after four or five messages which was the case every time I called them during my design process guy named John was rude, short unhelpful and hung up on me. No customer service would never recommend this company. They only will talk to you until they get your money.
