July 5, 2022 - Requested warranty repair for computer purchased ~ 1yr prior July 2022 - Macunited Authorized return, I paid Macunited for shipping they arranged, then we paid carrier to package. August 2022 - Macunited acknowledged receipt and stated there was damage. I called multiple times to discuss and understand how the damage occurred and what insurance was included in the shipping they arranged. Each time it went straight to voicemail. None of my voicemails were returned. The only communications are emails that route to a portal where the information and history are scrubbed.September 2022 - Macunited sends me back a computer that still does not work and now is seriously physically damage. I call again, voicemail, no return calls. I have recently sent them another contact request form.

I bought a 27 inch iMac off of **** last August for $821.76, one of the main reasons I bought this computer was the fact it came with a "3 year warranty". Within the first month I had to send it in for a repair because the screen just cut off. They repaired it and sent it back and within the first few days of getting it back it still didn't wanna run right, but is was useable. Now within the last month is has gone back to the screen just cutting out. So I filed another repair form to find out that the warranty just cover labor not parts or shipping. Being that this computer's software is already out of date I felt it best to just ask it a could sell it the computer back to them at a loss on my end. They informed me that this cound not be done but I could trade in my computer for a 2012 iMac that didn't have a GPU failure problem. They informed me that the 2012 models started at $699.99, so I asked what I would get in trade-in on my computer. I was informed that the computer I bought from them less than a year prior for $821.76, and had not worked correctly since I bought it only had a trade in vaule of $100.00. At this point I looked up reveiws for this company and it brought me to BBB where everyone who has done business with them has had very similar issues. In the end they are a scam do not buy from them.
