Quantam Merchant Services is best company I have ever worked with!!!! Excellent customer service from Rob and Brianna always friendly to deal with. Quantam Merchant Services absolutely far exceeded my expectations. Rob and Meghan did everything they said they were going to do and really cared , as an owner of a business, great customer service, now a days, seems like a distant memory, not with this company. Please do yourself a favor and call them , they will do everything they can to help , there are some people, when you talk to them , they put you at ease and will do everything to get your needs met , I came into it this with doubts , they can’t help me ,and they did and I am so totally grateful , that this company is here , I will always recommend Quantam Merchant Services to anyone and everyone , do yourself a favor and call them , they are Absolutely the best.Review from Zoraida V

This company is a gem. In a world filled with. “Hold please…” and multiple automated sets of menus.. (“For ______. press four..) Quantum is personable, fast and great to deal with. Any glitches, issues, questions i have, even on weekends are promptly addressed. By promptly I mean within minutes, and by addressed I mean a text/ call/ email from the owner. Rob and his team have been great to work with. They were able to get us up and running very quickly with a new POS initially and are always extremely responsive to any issues we have. You definitely get the small business care and attention you hope for from Rob and his team at Quantum. Thanks guys!
