We hired KW Floors to complete our flooring project which included patching spots in our home due to a remodel, sanding down existing floors to match new patch work and then to refinish to look like one fluid floor. From the initial estimate, KW Floors was great, ****, was timely and attentive when he came to quote and answered all of our questions. We set a date to begin the work and told them the timeline we were on due to the remodel mentioned earlier. I was promised that wouldn't be a problem and they could work with that without an issue. Day 1 came along for the crew to start- no show. We called multiple times to find out they were not going to come that day but would be there tomorrow. Day 2- same story, we were promised they would be there- no show. Day 3- the "crew" arrived, it was one gentleman who worked for about 2 hours and left. Day 4 & 5 were the same, one man came after working just a few hours. Fast forward to the following week, day 6, four men showed up, they worked a full day said they would be back the next day at 8am. Next day- no show with no contact. Day 8, one came, apparently their vacuum was broken so left to run to ********** and never came back. Day 9, 10, 11- another no show and then day 12, the crew came and "finished" the job. There were numerous spots that clearly needed attention, they said they would be back- no one ever showed up to finish them. I finally received a bill from the owner about a week later and told him that I was not comfortable paying until they came and finished the job and fixed all the issues. I have called and left numerous voicemails for him and asked him to call me and all I get back is a few word text message but can not actually seem to get ahold of him to discuss the issues going on. The crew came back to assess what they need to finish after the owner called. When I pointed it out, the crew chief laughed due to how bad it looked and said he wouldn't be ok with that in his house...Business response

This project was delayed due to the fact that once the carpet was tore out it was determined that we had to replace the particle board and replace with osb subfloor due to warranty criteria. The homeowners took a week off due to them being out of the country. We stopped there this week and a date was set to remedy issues. Per Homeowner it was determined to do this Monday November 28th due to Thanksgiving next week . Thanks Tell us why here...
