      I had a horrible experience at the 1812 *************************** location of Supercuts in *********************. I had a male stylist who I believe was named *****. My daughter has curly hair. I straightened it so she could get a hair trim that would be even. The stylist made me sit away so I couldn't see what was happening. He proceeded to wet HALF of my daughters hair and cut half of it wet and the other half dry. He took off several more inches than I requested (I requested 3 inch trim and he took closer to 7 inches). She had been growing her hair out for 6 years and it was all gone. Additionally, he refused to let my Autistic daughter have her tablet as she has sensory issues and needs it for hair time. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism I experienced. The hair stylist gave my daughter the most uneven haircut I can imagine. He was clearly rushed and not up to the task. It was careless and haphazard that he made no attempts to even out any of hte ends. It is truly appalling. I have attached pictures in my ****** review. Additionally, it was unnecessarily mean to deny a child with sensory issues her tablet to get through the experience. We paid $35 and now will have to go somewhere else so they can cut off another 3-4 inches to even out the mess. I want this money refunded to me as they did not provide the service I requested. Additionally, I will have to spend additional money to fix the problem they created.

      I had signed an agreement for I believe a 12 month term with REGUS. Part of what I signed up for was a discounted program in which the feature was to allow people to drop off, pick up and hold mail. During the start of the agreement we had several people go in to Regus and the manager and individual working at the front desk was not even aware of our company or its affiliation with regus. In addition it was during this time that the pandemic occurred making it impossible for them to provide the services they were contracted to do. I had told this to the manager and several Regus account reps and was under the impression I had paid the portion I would be charged as I was not rendered the services for the unpaid months. Now a good amount of time after I am receiving collection calls from them to " Settle my account". It was all ready settled and services were not rendered. I have seen numerous post and reviews about ********** doing this to many people. I am willing to take this public and work with whoever I need to get this resolved and make sure this discontinues.

      Went in Saturday 3/30/2024 and had a service done to my hair. Leaving the salon my hair was still wet so it was hard to see the actual color change of my hair. When I got home i finished drying my hair and noticed it was grey. I had went in with bleached blonde hair with brassy tones, I had asked them to tone out the brassiness. They changed the color of my hair completely. I left with muddy blonde, gray and sliver hair. I called the salon right away and told them i was unhappy with my hair. long story short i was giving the option by the person who did my hair to go back to her so she could attempt to fix it. I asked for my money back and the employee then put the phone down and walked away. i sat on the phone for about 60 seconds and could hear talking in the background but it wasnt to me. the phone was put down because the employee didnt like what i asked then she became unprofessional by walking away from a phone call with a customer. I hung up and called back and spoke to another employee who said that the manager would give me a call back on monday 4/01/2024. I received a call back and after explaining to the manager what happen she stated that they do not do refunds. when i asked to see the policy or where that was written she told me she had no idea where it was written, she just knew there was no cash refunds. Since hanging up with the manager i went through the entire supercuts website and not in a single place does it state no cash refunds. I paid with cash and was not given a receipt.

      ***** did my hair on 1/20/24 - she charged me $90 for a color and highlight. The color has now fallen out completely and I called today to make an appointment to come for a color but to leave out the hair that was highlighted so my hair would still have highlights. I was told the price for that would be $182! When I asked why, I was told by ****** that ***** charged me incorrectly and she didn't use a filler or toner (or something like that) and that's why my color fell out. I told her I would have no issue paying the difference between what I already paid and what the correct price is, but since they made a mistake and that's why my hair isn't holding the color, that I didn't see how it was fair that I had to pay the full price when my original price was 1/2 that. ****** got an attitude with me and said "NO, YOU WOULD BE PAYING ME TO DO IT! NOT HER!" - and further explained if I would have come in last week, she could have done it for free... so last week you can do it for free, but this week you can't do it for the adjusted correct price when you guys messed up??? I want my money back for my original process so I can take it to someone who can handle my hair appropriately.

      on 01/22/2024 I went into Supercuts to get a haircut. I had to go to someone else to get the haircut done over again. I am looking for a return back to my credit card of $23.00 I am not sure I want them doing my haircut again. I tried to call to get problem resoved through coroprate but there website is user unfriendly. I called the ********************** and they wouldn't give me a managers name

      This appointment was a disaster. I tried this salon once before and had a terrible experience but saw a new stylist and was hoping for the best. I specifically told the stylist that I have curly/kinky hair and needed someone to use a round brush to smooth out the roots. Well, she did NOTHING TO THE ***** and used it on the ends. I have a picture to show management how awful it looks. She then had to go back and try and smooth the roots out with a flat iron at the end. It looks awful and I will have to get it redone tomorrow. Also, she tried to do pin curls but doesnt know how. Its completely *****, frizzy, and NO CURL. She also left metal pins in my head in the back. She never even checked to see if it was even styled. This place should be SHUT DOWN. Ive never experienced such incompetence in one salon in my life.

      12-08-2023 Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I went in with long hair requesting a trim to a *** cat. I can't believe my eyes the worst feeling in the world I hate the place and ******** the person who did it. Thinned out my already thin hair and uneven all around. Can't even get it fixed since the cut is so short. It would take off everything. What she thinks is best for me is not what I wanted and expressed that once she ask how much I specified. People should be sued for this. I hope karma hits you She told me I was balding at my part and tried to change my line. Kept telling me she works with chemo clients. I remind her of them and that she knows what she is doing. She said my hair is thin and falling out. She seemed jealous of the way my hair was so she went and ruined it.My first mistake was making the appointment at supercuts but anyone should have common courtesy and know how to trim hair just a couple inches. I will never get a trim anywhere again I'm traumatized for life.

      I purchased a gift card for $100 to give as a gift. I contacted the local Supercuts to verify they accept gift cards. They said they did (and they do) but after my wife and daughter had their haircut and tried to pay with the gift card they were told it is not valid. They paid themselves and Supercuts and *******.com refuse to refund the unused card that didnt work.Upon further review Ive discovered hundreds of complaints online where similar situations have occurred. I have sent a demand letter and will be pursuing this until Im made whole after being subject to your deceptive business practices.

      I went here Monday and the person who usually cuts my hair was off. Being as this is not close to my home I let this other person butcher my hair. Said she had been cutting hair for 8 years (more like 8 minutes). I wanted it short in the back and longer on the sides. What I got was worse than the ***** Wonka style. First, never had anyone use clippers or razor for the full cut. Ask for a little shorter in back but then she would go shorter on the sides which defeated the purpose. The way it cut you can not style it. It is the worst hair cut of my life. I think I deserve at least a full refund for the embarrassment I must be seen in public with hair that is this horrible. The questionable stylist kept saying on it is so cute. She needs glasses. I did not have mine on at the time. Then she did not know how to get the hair off of me and was trying to use a towel. My son came over picked up the hair dryer and to her surprise it worked. Again, I would like a refund for this disaster.Got a call from the stylist who told me she thought it was cute. Explain my granddaughter laughed, my son was shocked and my friends did not know what to say. She asked if I wanted her to fix the issue. As I told her there was not enough hair left to repair the issue. Then she asked if I wanted a refund and I said that would be great. At that time I said I would be in Wednesday because that is when I would be in the area. She said that would be fine. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when she was a no show and the lovely lady working was unable to refund my money. At least the stylist was able to cut the uneven long pieces of hair that were left in between the extra short one.Got a call from the stylist who told me she thought it was cute.
