On December 8th I picked up my vehicle from Double A Automotive praising them for fixing my vehicle only to realize that day that I had other problems with my vehicle that were not an issue when I brought the vehicle to them I needed my rockers and lifters replaced on the right side of my Jeep!! That day when I had brought my vehicle home I had power steering fluid all over my garage floor from a hose that looked like it had been cut and my check engine light was coming on when it hadnt in the past and my windshield washer fluid would no longer spray my windshield!! Come to find out the Auto repair shop didnt tighten down my EVAP hoses and they were laying on top of my engine and my windshield washer hoses werent connected at all thank god my husband knows more then a few things about vehicles and happily fixed the issues!! Im sickened at the thought of how much money I wouldve had to pay them if my husband didnt know how to fix these problems himself!! Mechanics at this shop should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of hard working people and not putting there vehicles back together properly!! And they charged me a convieince fee of 3% when I was there waiting a few regular frequent customers didnt have to pay this fee which was ***** which is a lot when your already paying them a Thousand dollars to fix your car!! Also when asked them to rotate and balance my tires they refused stating I needed NEW ******* tires from them!!
