DO NOT work with myHRcounsel. I was told it was $99 a month, but they charge me $129, the service is terrible, you have to email them then wait for a response and you have to LOG IN to see it (they don't just email it to you as other attorneys do) plus it's written in legal terms instead of just a simple answer. I don't like the service AND THEY WON"T LET ME OUT! For TWELVE months. I didn't even realize that I was in a contract - and can't find the paperwork. The PrimePay representative told me that there were NO contracts, I didn't know this was a separate company. The fact that I don't use them, don't like them and they will charge me over $1,548 for a service I don't use and I don't want is despicable. I am a very small business that needed HELP not being ripped off.Business response

The client states she did not know there was a contract or terms to our services, and that we require just a 1 year term for our services/products. Our unliimited legal advisory services retail at $1.99 Oer Employee Per month or a minimum of $149 per company per month. The client received our services at a discounted $129, so was not overcharged.
To be clear, the Complaintant posted on ****** and to the BBB that "I don't use them". The client received a legal document for just the $129 per month she paid, which from traditional law firms average as much as $25,000.
In addition, the client asked 4 legal questions, so the statement "I do not use them" is untrue.
We do require a 1 year term for all clients, for the reason stated above. Each time our clients log into their account and send in questions or ask for a legal document, they do so agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. The statement, directly below the "Submit" button to send our attorneys the questions states. "*By clicking submit, you agree to the Terms and Conditions". The Terms an Conditions is a "hotlink" which allows all of our clients to go right into those terms to review before they submit their questions, agreeing to those Terms and Conditions. This is a requirement as attorneys to make sure each time a legal question is asked, or a legal document is requested, those questions are a "new relationship" with our law firm, creating protection for the clients through the Attorney Client Privilege. In addition, our Terms and Conidiotns are prominently displayed on our website and all marketing materials we use/distribute.We are consistent in holding our clients to the 1 year term, and strive to display our Terms and Conditions prominently and to deliver consistency as well as fairness to all of our clients.

I am rejecting this response because:
The sales person who signed me up ASSURED me that there were NO contracts.I have used the service TWICE last year and it was sub standard and therefore I no longer wanted to work with the company.
This company is taking advantage of the fact that they are lawyers and know that I am just a consumer and use fear tactics and threats to extort money.
I havent used them since October 2022 why should I be paying? They are thieves.
