I had a service technician come to our place twice to repair our dishwasher. The first time he came he said there was nothing wrong with it. I had to pay $119.00 for the call. The dishwasher then started to leak and he returned and said that I needed a drain part and that he would order it and be back. I had to pay another $119.00 for the call. This dollar amount is supposed to be applied to the repair. The repair was supposed to happen on Friday Nov. 25th. We waited all day and no one showed or called. There was no answer at their office when I called. I called again on Monday Nov 28th and they apologized and said the part had not come in. I rescheduled for install on November 30th between 8 and noon - no one showed up or called. My husband was home and had to take the day off of work for this appointment. I called - they apologized and rescheduled for the first appointment (8 a.m.) on December 2nd. Again no one showed up - this time I took the day off of work and waited until noon. I have continually called both office numbers - when I reach someone they apologize - promise to get me an answer and then never call me back. Now all messages are not being returned. I just want my dishwasher fixed - and if they are not going to come then a refund of what I have already paid would be acceptable.Business response

This incident was a direct result of an employee walking off the job without any advance notice.
This customers appliance has been repaired.

I contacted Mr ********************** in November of 2021. I had a GE dishwasher that needed service. *************************** came out and diagnosed the problem and said two parts needed to be ordered. The entire repair would cost a little over ******. He requested I give him a check of ****** which I did. I got a call from a lady who said she the parts would arrive middle of January 2022. I agreed and had them order. I called her in mid January and she informed me they hadnt arrived but they would ship end of the week. I called the next week and she said they didnt ship and would ship in a few days. Called again and I she said the second ship date they didnt ship either. I told her to cancel the order and asked for a refund on the amount I paid over the service call amount. She told me on 2/1/2022 the refund would be ***** and she send me a check. I have left messages and she wont return my calls. I have no problem paying the service call but I would like my *****. This business is a franchise that is associated with a company called Neighborly. I contacted them twice and they said they were escalating the issue but never heard anything. I am working with h GE to have the appliance repaired.Customer response
