On June 22, 2022 @ 6:08 pm, I ordered 10 pairs of Optical Slide in Oval Silicone Nose Pads - 11mm and I paid $21.16. Order number G16118. My order arrived on June 29, 2022 and contained one (1) package of Nose pads with 4 individual Nose Pads, a total of two (2) pairs. This order is missing eight (8) pairs of Nose Pads. I have sent email & left two messages,, with zero response. ***************************** ********************************************************** ************Business response

We are at fault and should have responded sooner to make things correct with the customer. The attempt to reach ********************** via phone calls and email came in to just prior the holiday weekend of July 4th. Due to the holiday and the lack of an actual customer service representative, we are having hiring issues like all small businesses currently in America, our company response was delayed. We received their email on June 28th and responded on July 8th. We sent out a new full order on July 8th, 2022, and emailed the customer to inform them and provide tracking information for the replacement order. Their email did not request a refund but a replacement. We now see from this statement on BBB that the customer is requesting a refund. A refund has now be issued as well. Our excuse is poor and response time was worse. We did what we could to make it right prior to our knowledge of BBB complaint being opened. We will do better going forward. Our apologies.
