Ordered some test sets / proofs of jackets through Merchology. Paid the short run fee as a potential investment into the company for long term business. Paid in full without the order being fulfilled, which was odd. Was given two separate fulfillment and ship dates by their online help. Come the date of the last expected ship, and the order has gone unfulfilled with no help online and no one answering the phones. No communication from Merchology on delays, supplier delays, etc. It appears this company expects everyone to just pay and be at their mercy.Business response

Hello,
Customers order was delayed due to the order not being processed correctly in our system. Customer received a refund / discount for delay of $59.00 and order has been shipped out the door. My company placed an order through Merchology on 11-8-21 for branded jackets. The proof provided did not indicate placement on the product. It was approved for the logo itself. Unfortunately, the jackets came in with logos that are less than standard industry placement - very high on jacket chest, under collar. We are unhappy with the product and let Merchology know. They have not taken any responsibility for the error, have made no attempt to correct or refund the order, nor have they made any attempt to right the wrong.Business response

Our customer experience manager has been in contact with the customer and has offered replacements for the incorrect logo location and will offer 50% refund on the item out of stock.
