I'm a member of the board for a twin home association. Our board worked with Kasey Lindala of Legacy Restoration. In my personal interactions with Kasey, he was approachable, professional, and responsive. The entire project was completed in less time than we were originally told it would take, so that was nice. The crew was very efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I would have given five stars, but there was a little snafu prior to the job beginning. They wanted to start the job earlier than what we were originally told, and the board was not comfortable proceeding earlier due to cold temperatures. We got a bit of "pressure" from Legacy to move ahead, but we did not agree to an earlier date.

In general, everything went according to plan from the initial meetings with Kasey from Legacy and Fulcrum. The project was just completed in a timely manner. I am no roof inspector but it appears the quality of the job was great. Our townhome association of 34 units was completed in one full week. The company appeared to have a large staff and equipment to make that happen. So as the president of the association, we are satisfied with the work done to replace shingles and gutters. Greg T

This reconstruction project was new to our HOA, and our board had no previous experience with the work. I recall the first meeting we had with you and your team. You walked us through the roof replacement process in detail. Our board was impressed and satisfied with your presentation, and after discussion, awarded the contract with Legacy. We were glad that we did! The work started and finished on time and was completely satisfactory. As an HOA board member, I am so grateful to have worked with Tim F and Legacy Restoration on our townhome communities' roof replacement. Our board was guided through the entire process and given reasonable expectations and detailed timelines for the whole project. We were assured that our biggest decision was going to be color selection and that truly was the only decision the board was tasked with. When the project began, there was no shortage of communication which is key in any type of home project. Tim was never more than a phone call or email away if I had a question and Caleb (the project supervisor) was always available (onsite or via phone) should I or another resident need a question answered. Many residents were impressed with the care that was taken to protect our property/landscaping and the willingness the installation crew had for accommodating anyone who needed to enter or exit their home. Each night, the crew made sure to do a thorough job of cleaning up debris and materials even if that meant doing so by truck headlights and headlamps. The entire process was stress-free and seamless from both a board member and resident perspective and I would recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone who needs roof work done. Also, five stars to Anthony and Fulcrum Consulting for taking on the task of getting this project approved with the insurance carrier!

Kudos to Legacy Restoration and their representative David H for completion of the new roof and gutters on my house in Centennial Colorado! David impressed me with his competent ‘no pressure’ approach and I felt confident he’d make sure the job was done right with little to no involvement or stress on my part. My roof was completed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof! Great job!

HORRIBLE. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. They came to our house to inspect our roof from storm damage. After falling for their sales pitch and researching the company, we decided to re-roof. After the contract was signed it went completely downhill. No one would return emails or calls and their was zero communication. Finally, after roof was done, they damaged our siding. We have before and after pictures yet they refused to take responsibility. Their fix was caulk and mismatched paint. SAVE YOURSELF FROM EXTREME STRESS AND DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

After hearing a lot of radio commercials about shady roofing businesses I I was VERY apprehensive when I first got a cold call from Legacy Restoration. However, the fact that many of my neighbors had hired them set my mind at ease. The professionalism of the entire organization, and especially the service rep who worked with us, Tim Farrand, actually made the entire process enjoyable! Tim was such a trooper! He and I actually signed the initial paperwork outside in my driveway, swatting at mosquitoes just so there was no risk of waking my two toddlers. Due to the rain there were two reschedulings. But when they got to work, the work was done quickly, on time and after the job was done there was little to no evidence that they had been working on our house! Any time I had a question or a problem I was able to either call or text someone with the certainty that I would receive a prompt response. Even a week or two after the work had been done they had someone come out and clean up a mess that I had previously overlooked. The best part of the experience, though, was their willingness to get the job done. Even though they weren't replacing any of my home's siding they had a subcontractor come out and reattach a length of vinyl siding that had blown off, preventing any additional weather damage to the house If you hire Legacy Restoration, you will NOT be disappointed with the results!!
