I bought a **** Deere 2032r from Midwest Machinery *** in ************. I recently brought it into them to service it along with troubleshoot an error code. First of all, they did a terrible job cleaning the grass off the underneath of the deck and sharpen the blades. I had to remove the deck and clean it myself which they charged me an extra ****** dollars to do this task. Second, they only cleared the trouble code, and it came right back on when I got it home. I called the service manager and he said he would send out a tech and trouble shoot it. The tech said it is a bad actuator which would be the second time this actuator would need to be replaced. The service manager told me this would be covered under warranty, so I said OK and go ahead and replace it. Shortly later I received a bill for this repair. I called the service manager, and he said it was supposed to covered under warranty and he would check into it. I had waited for him to reply and as I was waiting, I received another bill for this service. I had to keep emailing him and he finally responded saying I owe a third of the bill. So don't trust this dealer to perform quality work on your tractor and if they tell something will be covered under warranty get it in writing. I'm done with this dealer and will not buy another **************.
