These guys are absolutely amazing. My A/C detonated and they came out quickly to address the diagnosis. Ghent advised I would need a new A/C. It took some time to receive a new unit, but as a business owner I understand the logistical mess with supply. I can’t say enough great things about them! Thank you Swenson! Our Furnace went out unexpectedly on a chilly Wednesday in early February. We needed to find someone to help quickly. We tried calling a few places, some never called back, but Swenson was there for us and returned our call within 30 minutes. They arrived early (they asked if that was OK) and provided space heaters to us at no cost while they looked at the problem. At a minimum we needed a replacement part, turns out the closest one was 40 minutes away. They were willing to go get it and come back to install it with no charge to go get the part. Our furnace was very old but they did not press or push for us to "just replace it" as so many other places do. We decided on our own it was a better idea to get a new unit and they got a quote for us immediately and explained the options. They offer financing and walked us through that too. They were back to install the new furnace two days after the initial service call and they let us keep the space heaters to use while we waited on the install. The install was done in about 7-8 hours including their lunch break and unexpected parts run since the new unit had a malfunctioning part out of the box (the 2 stage gas valve, NOT their fault). Many other shady companies may have not tested this part at all but Swenson did and ensured it was all working perfectly the first time. You can tell they really care about their customers. They are a small family run business you should definitely consider if you need any service to your HVAC equipment. We will have them back again should we need anything else. PS - They get bonus points in my book because my dogs loved them and I believe dogs are the best judge of character :)
