Every 4-5 years I have my septic tank pumped, and I've never had any issues with my septic system until recently. After ****'s Sewer Service pumped my septic tank in May 2023, water started backing up the toilets, showers, and tubs, and then the main drain as well. My entire basement flooded which caused permanent damage to building materials and my personal belongings. Since my septic tank had just been pumped, I assumed I had a clogged sewer line. However, there weren't any clogged lines, my septic tank was full to the top! I contacted ****'s Sewer Service informing them of the problem and asked them if they'd come back and empty the tank. However, they weren't any help and said that my septic system must be faulty, so I would have to pay for it again. There is nothing wrong with my septic system. Whoever they sent to my house in May 2023 did not empty my septic tank. So, I had to pay $360 two times to have my tank pumped twice in 4 months--rather than 4 years--plus the cost to repair all the damage that was caused.Business response

We are sorry that you had backup issues with your system.The septic tech that came out on October 25th talked to you about your drain field being overloaded, this caused your septic to go back into the tank, which filled your tank and caused the backup into your house. We did our best to help you by getting a pumping truck out there as soon as we could when you called, and at a discounted rate of only $190. At this time, we will waive the 2nd pumping charge of $190. If you would like to discuss this issue further, please feel free to call our office at ************ Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm.
