This is a complaint against the Public utilities commission and Xcel Energy.It all started when Xcel sent me a **** saying they had to do some work on my meter and ended up having to re **** me for gas usage. I didn't agree with the billing and asked them to come test the meter to see if it was reading correctly. The day Xcel comes to check the meter I meet them there and make sure to watch the whole process and ask questions. The service technician shows me all the wear and tear on the meter and shows me the worn out rubber seals in the meter and tell me how shot it is and how it should have been replace a long time ago. This has been going on for months now. If im lucky enough to get ****** from xcel to call me back he just tell me that The meter tested fine and that the service technician should not have said that to me. probably because he know xcel is lying. and anytime i talk to PA out at the Public utility commission she refuses to talk to the service tech from Xcel and listen to what he was saying about the meter and how obviously broken it was or she refuses to listen to any of my evidence. Both of them make it seem like the other is responsible for the ruling and neither will listen to my evidence or listen to the technician who was very through in showing me and explaining how old and broke this was. This was an obvious over charge buy xcel and could have been an easy thing to find a solution on but both excel and The Public utility commission seem to want to make this as hard and drawn out as possible.
