      I bought a used 1995 corvette from ***** Yancy the owner. He never gave me the title or registered the car in my name. I contacted him several times and after 5 months I finally received the title. However, he never signed it properly so I had to contact him again to get it signed and taken care of. I paid him all $7500 upfront and because he never submitted the paperwork, I had to pay another $500 for registration fees.

      This company sold me a car that the owner promised was running perfectly. Ran ok during test drive, on the way home it lost power and drove horribly. The owner came and picked it up and kept the car for numerous days. When we got the car he said it was fixed, nope, he didnt even touch the car and when we brought it to the garage the mechanic found silicone in the spot where the oil was leaking. The owner lied to us. Now we find out there is a lot more problems with the car and the owner acted unprofessional and aggressive toward me when I confronted him, called me multiple expletive. Very untrustworthy and his cars are absolutely unsafe. My mechanic said this kind of oil leak could have started a serious fire.

      These customers have been harassing me and my business since they purchased the 2009 ********** CC. They came to ************** and harassed and threatening me and my significant other on the night of November 14th. We have video footage of it as well. We had to call the police on them and after they showed up they wanted to hug me and apologize for taking out his anger on us from prior irritation he had before coming there. They've both contacted you, they are harassing us on social media such as ******** and threatening us with jail time and saying we're committing a criminal offense. We've offered to give them their money back on multiple occasions and they are refusing because they want to keep the vehicle. So there's no reason for harassment and/or threats about how we sold a "broken" vehicle to them but don't want our repair shop to look at it or return the vehicle for another option or cash back.

      I purchased a 2011 JEEP Grand Cherokee from ***** ********************** owner of The Yancy Automotive Group LLC on August 10, 2023 in the amount of $8,200.00. The listing said it was a great running vehicle and very well maintained with no problems. I test drove it and it was fine but once I left the dealership, the vehicle started to shake terribly bad. I called Mr. ********************** to inform him of the problem and he told me to bring it to his mechanic's shop to have it fixed. Once I thought it was fixed, I drove off to find out it was still shaking. Mr. ********************** failed to fix the problem because he only fixed it halfway through. I notified him yet again to inform him the problem was not fixed, and the vehicle was still shaking. I explained to Mr. ********************** that the vehicle was not safe to drive, and he no longer wanted to address the issue. I asked him for a full refund because it hadn't been 24hours of the sale and he denied me. I also asked to fix it properly or to exchange the vehicle for something of the same value he denied me again. So, I proceeded to ask him to give me a car of lesser value and refund the remainder of the balance of $8,200.00, he denied me again. All I am asking for is a full refund, fix the vehicle or exchange it for something of the same value in good safe running condition. I cannot drive my children in a vehicle that is not safe enough to drive. I was aiming for a safe family vehicle I can afford; I can't afford to put much more money into this vehicle to make it safe enough to drive my children. I understand it is a used vehicle however Mr. ********************** should prioritize the safety of all his vehicles before putting them on the market to sell. People's lives are at stake when the owner is negligent to the overall safety of the vehicle.
