    I gave the owner of indigo motors **** dollars for a vehicle he repoed the vehicle and did it in a violent manner at a ******* of all places so embarrassed hes refusing to give me money back he got his money and took the vehicle back from me I want my money back

    I purchased a Nissan Frontier truck, and once I got it home and looked a little closer I discovered some inconsistencies about the vehicle that put into question whether the truck had been in an accident and repaired without being reported, as the Carfax they provided was clean. John initially agreed to check with the dealer he bought the truck from to see if there was another explanation for the inconsistencies, but a week later told me he wasn't doing anything. Secondly, the first day I drove the truck, within 85 miles the transmission showed some issues with slipping. I immediately notified John, and he refused to acknowledge my concern. He and Ron both told me the day I purchased it that if I had any issues to let Him know, that he is always willing to work with his customers to make things right. etc. They also advertised the truck with a 3 Month, 3.000 miles Powertrain Warranty. They have ads all over Craigslist and other websites advertising this warranty on "every vehicle with 150,000 miles or less". Well, they don't stand behind their vehicles in any way, they don't take care of their customer or "work with them to make things right", and furthermore they told me after the fact that they stopped offering the powertrain warranty a year ago and just didn't know why all the ads still showed it. How stupid do they think their customers are? John told me he drove this truck for a few weeks prior to selling it to me, and initially planned to keep for himself. It's obvious he was aware of the transmission problem when he sold it to me. I have multiple emails to him regarding this and not one response from him attempting to resolve or help me with this. He just kept kept telling me his mother was sick and that is why he was unable or unwilling to help me with any of my concerns and on and on. Then Ron reached out but that has just been more of the same, one excuse after another as to why John can't connect with me or come up with a solution. Ron did schedule the truck to have the transmission serviced. When I picked it up the owner of the shop told me there were metal shavings in the pan. I asked him what he thought I should do and he shrugged and crossed both of his fingers. I then re-contacted Ron and told him what the shop said, and yet after weeks of lies and excuses I am now coming up with my own solution. I am contacting the Minnesota Attorney General, the BBB and Consumer Protection. This dealership KNOWINGLY sold a vehicle with a mechanical issue, and falsely and fraudulently advertises a warranty that doesn't exist. Check out their postings, as of today they continue to advertise their vehicles with a powertrain warranty. Crazy! Know that you will have a positive experience at the dealership when purchasing, but once you drive off the lot you become invisible and they will not honor their word. This unfortunately has happened to others as well and you can find those reviews around the internet. Find a legitimate, honest dealer with a good reputation. I spent 15K and was reminded why I don't do business with these kind of dealers. Don't be the next victim. I will update the review after this is settled in the courts.
