    On April 22, 2023, I purchased a 10 pack of body sculpting sessions from Donna for a total of $632. Summary of visits April 22, 2023; May 13, 2023; May 20, 2023- Donna was late to this appointment and my time was cut short; June 3, 2023; June 16, 2023- Donna was about 10 minutes late; June 24, 2023- Donna was in officer however, I waited about 10 minutes while she spoke with her current client, about another client; July 15, 2023; October 21, 2023 Donna was late and there was a client on the shake machine while I started my appointment. Donna also indicated she had lost my chart so she was not sure what frequency to use on me, and offered 4 free sessions due to losing my chart; October 28, 2023; Scheduled for November 14 at 12:15 p.m., Donna canceled the appointment at 11:31 a.m. on November 14. Throughout my dealings with Donna, she offered multiple free sessions for scheduling conflicts she caused, which I never received. Although I canceled appointments throughout our dealings, I did so well in advance of my appointment.The particular appointment that is the issue is the one for November 14, 2023, that was canceled less than 1 hours before the appointment time. I reached out to Donna the previous day to see if there were any openings as I would be in the area and I wanted to get my last appointment out of the way to end any business with her. Through a series of text, on November 14, Donna agreed to refund me the cost of one session $63.20, via Zelle. To date, I have sent texts and emails regarding the refund as I have not received it.I have also asked for a copy of the documents I signed acknowledging the service and the refund policy (I have asked for this information from Donna twice via email). Having lost my file, I am not sure my treatments were consistent which is why I did not receive any results. It is for this reason, I would like to request the full refund of $632, if the documentation cannot be produced.

    I bought a package of 6 sessions on Groupon. I have a number of issues that range from inconvenience to dissatisfaction to unprofessional behavior:Provider was late to two of the four sessions I attended, including the first session!Provider three times asked to delay or change the time of my sessions. She also asked twice if it was okay to overlap my session with another client. If provider is so busy, perhaps she should not be soliciting more clients on GroupOn!!Provider constantly criticized and bad-mouthed other clients, sometimes naming them with at least their first names and the city they lived in.Provider constantly talked about her personal life, including her own and her mothers health issues.After completing 4 of the 6 sessions, provider wanted to change the time of my 5th session (with an hour notice). I was tired of this and asked instead for a refund of the cost of the remaining 2 sessions via text with her. She agreed (ok). Three days later with no communication from her, I asked her to process the refund and notify me, three more days went by with no response. At that point I texted that if she did not respond soon I would contact Groupon, would challenge the purchase with my credit card company, and would leave Internet reviews. Finally she responded that she would issue a check refund, but to date I have not received. In the last several days she texted that she would approve a full refund through Groupon, but has not provided them with the written approval to do so.(I have text documentation of all of this.)
