Our kitchen turned out well, but the fit and finish could have been a bit better. The painting was ok they did sand the back hallway or replace doorway trim they just painted over it. The cabinets were not what I expected Justin wasn't transparent about where he would get them from( my fault), but they turned out ok. The crown molding over the sink has a 1/8 inch gap I didn't till after a month later. The biggest thing would be the rebates, we didn't qualify for any of them because by the time we received the rebate information we were out of the window for them and the main one we didn't qualify for because the refrigerator measurements were off. Then at the end of the job there were added cost that we thought part of the job, so the monies we thought we had actually saved we didn't. All in all we are somewhat satisfied the kitchen turned out ok my wife and I are pleased, But I would say Make sure you get all rebate info up front and make sure you understand fully what the contractors plans are for your project plus demand transparency. Trust your gut, if it doesn't feel right keep searching. I will give Justin 3 Had he been more transparent and his painters did the proper prep work for painting plus a better quality paint Oh, and rebate info he would have earned a 5.

We certainly wish these concerns were brought to our attention sooner considering all of the positive feedback that was given to ****** (owner) during and after the project was completed. On 9/4/2023 We received a 5 star review stating the following ****** was extremely easy to work with. He understood our budget constraints and worked to come up with a design we were pleased with. As he worked with our project we observed how hard working and dedicated ****** was. There were a couple hiccups as far as other workers involved with the project, but these were minor scheduling issues that were quickly resolved. Total kitchen remodel took about a month and we were more than pleased with the finished project..We provided a cabinet design before a contract was signed and the supplier had never changed. We created a design based on budget and previous conversations prior to signing a contract so we went with our budget friendly cabinet supplier. They are plywood construction, ******************************* paint and they are very affordable. As for the rebates, to our knowledge,, we are still unsure what you are referring to. We offered to supply and install appliances selected by you as the customer. The measurements never changed however *************************** did install base & shoe which did have to get removed (on the backside of refrigerator in order to fit the new fridge). You originally selected ** LRFXS2503S with a width of ***** however you changed it to GE GWE19JYLFS which also has the same width so not receiving a rebate for wrong sizes just doesnt seem like something that should fall on us. Again, not sure what rebates youre referring to and all manufacturer warranty info for all the appliances was left in the kitchen sink drawer. As for the painting there are different levels of painting level II, III and IV. It was never in the original budget to paint the existing trim (only newly added trim). It was also never part of the original contract to paint the basement hallway or trim which we did. The paint was peeling off both walls and ceiling and our painter scraped the walls, added drywall to smooth the best we could prior to painting. The ceilings in the kitchen were 1/2 out of level and we did our best to flatten those as well. There were a great deal of challenges when it came to the overall drywall condition and we have it our best shot. We believe in full transparency and we are confident that it was communicated from start to finish and we apologize youre not 100% happy with the fit and finish. We only wish you had contacted us directly to take care of these matters or at least let us know so we can make things right.
