            I have brought my 2020 Audi q3 in multiple times for the same issue. There is a known issue with the moonroofs leaking in the year and model. I have brought my car in at least 3 times for this same issue. It has been spread out over a couple years now but its because I bring it in then it doesnt rain much for awhile and then eventually starts leaking again. I bring it in right away each time this happens.I will contact the dealership for all my service receipts. I will also look though my records for them

            Your service department is awful, and you rip people off! My son had to take his car there due to his thermostat not working. He has an extended warranty that he purchased with the car (from a different car dealership). The warranty covered the thermostat and labor but then the service department claimed they broke a part while taking it apart to fix the thermostat and are charging my son for the part. If you broke it, you fix it. This has been argued by my son and now they are changing their story to say the part was broken when they removed it. They just want to get money out of the person in addition to the warranty! Do NOT use this service department, horrible service, more expensive than others in the area that work on European cars.
