We absolutely love our gutters! Kevin was accommodating and patient throughout all phases of the project. Worked with us for 2 months as we compared bids, decided on colors, and saved up enough to complete the project. My wife and I are planning on renovating our basement, and we wanted to ensure we wouldn't have water problems so we reached out to the Platinum Exteriors team for affordable and quality gutters. I also had Tony perform a complimentary roof inspection for hail damage and was pleasantly surprised to receive a very detailed roof report. I have previously had roof inspections performed at other homes and usually, a roofer hops up there, takes 2-3 pictures or chalks up half the roof, informs me that I should make a claim then leaves. In contract Tony sent over a 16-page report including measurements of everything on the house (pretty cool and useful to have), 30 pictures of the roof, a small recommended maintenance list, and most surprising of all he found NO hail damage. Said the roof would be good for at least another 10 years, did not try selling me anything besides what I asked for, no pressure on any part of the project, and even advised me on how I could perform my own maintenance. I will be using them in the future for anything construction and highly recommend the.

A little bit on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the professionalism. Quote was very detailed and easy to understand. Roof was done within 1 week of contract being signed and gutters/downspouts replaced 2 days later. Communication was great throughout the project. I would use Platinum Exteriors again and highly recommended them.

Knowledgeable and very quick! Platinum was the quickest company to reach out to fix our dented garage door. The aluminum wrap and LP trim were replaced the day after it was inspected and it did not cost an arm.
