I made an appointment with my regular dentist at the robbinsdale location i had 2 teeth that were needing to be replaced on my upper partial. I was told I had to go to the brooklyn park location. Aug9th I went in and was told I've already done impressions so it should be easy I didn't need to get a pre authorization from insurance or none of that. Okay great I waited for a phone call 1 week went by nothing and I was told it takes 1 week to get the partials in after there sent. 2weeks go by no call I'm calling the office nobody is aware or has anything they can tell me about my file or my situation. I've lost my job by this time one of the teeth was a front tooth so this effected my life greatly I haven't went to work and lost my job. So 3weeks I finally get a call I'm devastated and it was the billing department telling me I've been approved my insurance is going to cover the request for partial. At this point I'm super frustrated I'm wanting to file a complaint and take it with the higher up but I went in as requested to do impressions again when I was told that was not going to be necessary. As I'm getting impressions the assistants did not know at all what they were doing the sizing was pinching my mouth they were pretty confused as to what there job duties were and mentioned I skipped this part in school I never wanted to do it. As they're doing impressions they take my partial and tell me you can go ill walk you out now. I asked where is my partial you never gave it back they said I can't get them back they need to be sent in I'm appalled at this point not only have I waited 3weeks but now I have no teeth at all they all laughed 3 assistants it isn't a joking matter I can't eat now or talk or nothing I have no teeth for next 6 days are you joking I asked and they laughed once again and said sorry you'll have to wait for 6 days the partial goes with the mold. I left the office I'm traumatized and I'm requesting compensation or ill have to contact a higher up.
