    I purchased a one way ride to the *** airport, for my husband and I, our flight changed and they gave me a credit! I called to use the credit and was told it had expired! News to me! I am just out 74 dollars! I will not use this service again unless it is resolved! Im sure to let everyone know about this poor service!

    {The shuttle never showed up to pick up to the *********** on a cold night on Sunday, 1/16/22.}We have booked a shuttle from Rochester to *** airport, on 1/16/2022. The shuttle was scheduled to pick my husband up at 7:10 pm at the ************** in Rochester, MN. Our family was there to drop my husband off 25 minutes before 7:10 pm. But the shuttle never showed up! We waited there until 8:15 pm; it was the last shuttle, so we waited.The shuttle driver from MSP said another shuttle would pick him up, so just wait. But no shuttle showed up.We called the office multiple times, and no one answered.I filed a complaint on their website at night on 1/16/2022, but no response at all until today, 1/28/2022.I called the office, and the supervisor said they will investigate and will call me to explain after they found it out. No call until today, 1/28/2022. A couple of days later, I found that they did refund $42 to my credit card without saying to me anything about. They never called me(us) for an apology and did not explain what happened that night on 1/16/2022. It was a very cold night.I have a witness who is a Microtel employee who saw us waiting over an hour.The Microtel employee said my husband was the 3rd person she had seen that they didn't show up.How irresponsible the Groome Transporation is!!This is not only $42 refund, but also there was a series consequences had happened because they didn't show up for the service I paid in advance.Groome must be responsible for the service they promised to do it!They breached the promise between the customer and them!
