      I purchased a one way ride to the *** airport, for my husband and I, our flight changed and they gave me a credit! I called to use the credit and was told it had expired! News to me! I am just out 74 dollars! I will not use this service again unless it is resolved! Im sure to let everyone know about this poor service!

      10/19822- We had reservations for a shuttle service from *************** in ***********, ** going to the Rochester, ** for appointments at the ***********. The person who arranged the reservation on the phone with me told me the shuttle would pick us up outside ******************* on 10/18/22 at 9:40am. At 9:50am, I called and told the customer service person that the shuttle had not picked us up yet. She said, they're running a little late but they're on their way. At 10:15, I called back and the customer service person told me that the driver "no showed" us. I explained that I was standing outside of the Mall ,which wasn't open, in 25 degree weather, with my partner who has stage 4 cancer. I asked what were they going to do for us? She said, the 11am shuttle is full but we can get you on the 1pm. I told her our appointments at Mayo were at 1pm and the trip was 1.5 hours. She said there was nothing she could do but said she would give us a refund. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she hung up on me. We were not only charged the $88 for trip that they did not show up for but we were charged twice!!!!

      I made reservation for 5:10 am shuttle from Rochester to *********** Airport for 10/3/22 with pickup from Hampton Inn North. I called 9/30/22 to confirm the time and reservation and was assured of the pickup. I paid $130 to stay at the hotel because of the early hour. I was at the pickup spot a half hour early to make sure! The driver never showed. No one answered the phone at groome transportation. I had to call someone and paid $150 for them to jump out of bed to get me to the airport to make my flight. I called Groome from my ****** stopover to report the incident. The woman who answered was rude, said theyd probably have to check a video to make sure the driver actually didnt show. I said he absolutely didnt show, that I was a half hour early and it was the only spot they pick up from. She (*******) said then I could request a credit. I already have a credit from them botching my arrival reservation from this same trip on 9/22/22. I had a 9:15 pm reservation and when I arrived in MSP, I had a text message from the Groome driver that I had missed my 7:45 reservation. I had to call family to drive an hour and 20 to pick me up. I was not rude, did not curse and said that a credit wasnt acceptable; that I want a refund at the very least. She said if thats your attitude, goodbye and hung up on me. I have called twice requesting a supervisor call me with no callback. I do not want a credit for a business I will never utilize again. I would appreciate an apology and an explanation for what happened after I went out of my way to confirm the reservation. I believe further compensation is warranted but them blowing me off and their attitude is beyond comprehension.
