I was fitted for golf clubs in May and purchased clubs on 5/7/2021 for a total of $1,936.51. Today is November 2, 2021 and I still do not have the golf clubs. When I purchased the clubs they told me it would be 4-6 weeks until I got them. Every time I've called they tell me there is a delay in production due to supply, which I understand however now the golf season is over and I no longer want or need outdated clubs. I have called personally and had my girlfriend call several times over the last 6 weeks to get a refund for the clubs. Every time I call they tell me someone will call me back to process the return and no one ever calls back. I have spoke with Jason and Mike and they tell me Paul is the only one that can process the refund.Business response

Dear Ashley,
Sorry for my delay in responding to your previous letters. I assumed Mr.**** would have had the integrity to advise you that his credit payment immediately credit for the full amount of his purchase.
During this issue, we never spoke to Mr. Kerr, A female person
was the individual who inquired about a refund for the purchase. She told us Mr. **** was to have purchase after several more phone conversations, we were able to determine that the purchase she kept talking about was actually made by Mr. Kerr. We have had a good track record and will continue to always do the best for our customers, especially the honest ones.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 16084949, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Mr ****** is correct that they did process a refund of the purchase amount as requested in the complaint. He is wrong to question my integrity regarding the completion of the complaint. It does not fall on the consumer to both have to file the complaint as well as resolve it for the business. Had Mr ****** responded to the BBB per the Bureau’s directions I would have gladly responded that the complaint was resolved.
