On July 15, 2022, I paid Bertrand Memorials $311.50 to engrave our Father's (***********************************) gravestone with his date of death (6-19-22) and to install a flower pot holder by the gravestone. The flower pot holder was delivered but the engraving wasn't done. I have talked multiple times with Bill Bertrand over the last 2 years about completing the engraving and have been promised he'd get it done. First promise was the engraving would be done by Memorial Day, 2023, second promise was July 31, 2023, third promise was "soon". I have stopped by the business multiple other times since then, also left messages with his office assistant, plus left messages on ****'s phone. My phone calls are not answered or returned. As of June 10, 2024, the engraving still hasn't been completed on Dad's gravestone. Either the job needs to get finished or I need to be refunded the money paid for the engraving. This job's completion is long overdue.Initial Complaint

My mother passed away a few months ago and prepaid for her headstone and final engraving before she died (paid for in 2006). Bertrand Memorials is ignoring repeated calls and emails trying to get a date scheduled to complete the engraving on her headstone.I want a firm date that the project will be completed and then complete the project.
