Since Penz Auto group has multiple locations we have trusted them but have paid for work that later find out wasn't done on two different vehicles. Change oil, tire rotate and check the front passenger tire because it keeps losing air. I asked about the tire she told me it wasn't low. I said no, I specifically left it low for you guys to look at it. She then went to talk with the technician and they were then looking at the front right tire. I approached them and asked if the tires were rotated and the tech said yes. Then the tire that I have concerns with isn't the front right tire. Main mechanic came to assist and he said that we have an air leak in the front passenger tire. The technician said she rotated my tires again and calibrated the location on the dash and she thinks I have two tires that need to be replaced because they couldn't fix the leak where the leak was. I said we'll I will go get a second opinion. They didn't do anything to help us out or apologize for not rotating the tires. My next oil change I went to Nissan. Told them what happened and that that I'd like a tire rotate, oil change. My ONE leaking tire is still located the front passenger. They said all is good. Nothing about the leaky tire or anything. Same leaky tire is still front right. So again I have paid for a tire rotate and no tires have been rotated even after I voiced a complaint. Called the main people and Kevin said this isn't like us and they wanted to make up for our issues so the next time we bring our car or gmc in both would be on the house. We had to bring in our Nissan for our every 5 weeks oil change and rotate and we have been telling them about a loud noise in the right back side of car. They said it wasn't anything they could find. The next time they said it was wheel bearing,still loud noise,next oil change and tire rotate they notice cupping on the one tire. This wouldn't have happened if they rotated the tires.

I traded a car in with Nissan. They failed to properly transfer the title and registration. The new owner racked up parking tickets and impound fees of which I was responsible for. If the new owner drove without insurance, I would be responsible. If the new owner had an accident, I would be responsible. Every level of the state court system I went through was only interested in what their computer could verify and that was, that I was the owner and I was responsible for any and all incidents involving a car I no longer owned. When I approached Nissan, they told me they gave the car to a wholesaler and it wasn't their problem. The title eventually transferred 5 months later, but the court system couldn't guarantee that my problems aren't over since the plates are still registered in my name. And the best part is I paid Nissan license and title fees to cover the transfer.
