BUYER BEWARE! My experience with this company at first was fine. In April 2024, I purchased an Inogen Rove 6 and also a stationary oxygen concentrator from them. In total $5301 worth of oxygen equipment. The equipment was purchased for my mother. My mother passed away a week ago. I hoped that due to the circumstances and the short time we had the items that a refund, or partial refund might be possible. I was aware of the policy of no refunds after 30 days. When I bought this very expensive equipment, I did so because we needed it. I had no intension of returning it. We had the Inogen device for 10 days past the 30 day mark, and used it only several times (73 hours). We had the stationary concentrator for 6 days past the 30 day mark, and used it several times (54 hours). I called Main Clinic Supply and described the situation to Sales Manager Courtney who said she was the final authority on the matter, and she said they do not offer any return or refund if it is past 30 days. No exceptions. No consideration was given for the situation and the huge expense of this equipment. It simply didn't matter. Oddly, their website advertises a Buy Back program. "We buy used oxygen concentrators for top dollar," it says on the website. Courtney told me she couldn't buy my equipment from me, and even if she did so, she said it would be for a "a few hundred dollars maybe." My purchase on April 18, 2024 was for $5301! Something also more troubling that the buyer should consider is their unethical, not-that-subtle reference to the Mayo Clinic, which it turns out they have no affiliation with, but seem to imply that they do. The following is only part of a quote from their website: "Inspired by Mayo Clinic's values, they prioritize helping people over making profits, embodying Dr. Mayo's 1910 mission statement: "The needs of the patient come first." Buyer Beware. You will get the items you need. But this company is without a heart.

Hello *******, to start I want to reiterate I am very sorry for your loss.As you mentioned, prior to your purchase you were aware of our 30 day return/exchange window. Our policy is the same for each and every customer. We do not pick and choose who this policy applies to. It's the same for every customer. I am sorry you do not feel it is fair. We do have a buyback program you can submit to after the 30 day return window has closed. But as I discussed in detail with you over the phone, used equipment is a very tough market. We could never and would never sell these machines as new again. I tried to explain different options and avenues you could try to take to recoup some funds. We strive for and do provide excellent customer ********************** before, during and after the sale. This is evident by the thousands of reviews from our clients. It's unfortunate that you chose to threaten, belittle and insult me on the phone because you feel as though you shouldn't be held to the same policy as our other customers. Again, I am very sorry for what you are going through but still deserve to be treated with decency. I tried hard to remain professional, even as you told me you hope I have a family member die right outside the return policy for some type of expensive equipment.

In reply to Main Clinic response: Your interpretation of what was said to you is frankly odd and wrong. I do not hope or wish ill on anyone. I would have agreed with, and easily could have written any one of those positive comments when I initially bought the first and then second items from you. Where it derailed was trying to return an item to you or suggest a buy back, as advertised on your web site. You made it clear that this was not going to be a possibility. You suggested that I should "shop it around to local Mom and Pop Oxygen supply stores to make some money on it."
