End of January 2022 took my **** ***** escaper motor home to universal marine for onan generator repair. They pulled unit into shop removed generator and backed unit out side months later they claimed that main unit had no electrical power, they had no idea what happened and I've been waiting for my unit since, this is August 7th 2022 I've missed whole summer and up coming reservations in ******* dealer claims their employee shorted out batteries and destroyed all computers I offered a solution and the owner rejected it, I went to shop to find my new coach batteries missing and smaller replacements installed. This is a large diesel coach that's gonna have to be towed to a suitable repair station that has master computer programming capabilities according to universal shop *******. 3 different shops suggested that unit was backed out and main battery cables may have fallen and shorted out all electrical this would explain why system dead. I just want repaired or cash out at current value and get on with my life.
