    I received a VBL laser treatment on my face a few months ago. The technician doing the procedure, who was not Dr. ****** did not ask me if I wanted before and after pictures. I have been receiving facial treatments for several years, and have always been asked to do a before and after picture. She never asked me. After the treatment had passed for a few weeks, I saw zero improvement. Nothing. I called back over there and I went back over there to show them that the treatment just did not work and I asked for my money back. Dr. ***** became involved then, and she refused to refund any money or do a different service that might be better for my face. She said one reason was because we did not have any before pictures taken! I said well that was not my fault, and she said the technician told her I had refused before pictures! Categorically untrue. Why would I refuse before pictures if it safeguards both them and me? And like I said, I have had many procedures before this and I have always had before pictures taken. The only thing she would do was to apply that cost to a halo treatment which is $1000! I told her I was not comfortable doing a much more invasive procedure with her given my unsatisfactory results with this laser treatment. She would not budge. So I lost money on that treatment that did nothing, and she did nothing to help it. Very unsatisfactory highly unprofessional and does not standby their work to help their clients.

    We regret hearing about your dissatisfaction with the BBL laser treatment and any miscommunication that occurred regarding the before and after photos. While taking before and after pictures is our standard procedure, it is offered as a no-charge courtesy and remains optional to each and every patient.
    Note from Dr. Vicky:
    Regarding the laser treatment. The patient received the agreed upon professional treatment, with the full understanding that results can vary based on individual characteristics and personal involvement in their own care, as outlined in our consent forms. As the business owner who directly oversees all treatment recommendations and their delivery, I made multiple attempts to negotiate a satisfactory plan of action when the original expectations were not met. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. In addition, I do not tolerate rude and disrespectful conduct directed at my dedicated, hardworking, and skilled staff. Therefore, the only logical outcome in this case was to part ways with this particular patient. I wish her well and hope she finds a more compatible provider for her cosmetic medical care.
    Thank you for your understanding. I will continue to strive to deliver high-quality care in a mutually respectful, team-oriented approach, as I have done for decades as both physician and business owner/operator
