  I had this business come into my home 2 years ag to fix my basement from leaking.. They have been here twice in two years and still haven't fixed the problem, Basement still leaks. All they want to do is keep putting Band- Aides on to fix it instead of digging it up and re doing it. I have a 25 year warranty . It is causing the mold to re appear. Therefore this isn't healthy to breath in mold. The last time they came they wanted to put up more of the trim up higher on the wall. They claim this will fix the basement from leaking. So again putting a band aide of the problem. I paid this company ******** dollars. Very frustrated.

  We are sorry for the 2 unexpected water seepage return issues. The 1st issue came from a area in the basement that we did not even work in. I was told that area was not a problem. Upon receiving this initial service call I did go out and created a way for any future seepage from that area to be controlled.     The second call came after a huge dump of rain in ******* , , I went out and checked the system. The draintile is fine and working properly. ****** and I agreed to putting the drainage edge higher (this is not even covered in the warranty based on the flooding that took place)to prevent a my possible overflow in the future. We agreed on a date for the service to take place. The day of arrival my crew came to address exactly what w ****** and I had agreed to. My crew received mocking, taunting from one of ************* so thought it would be best to leave. We are in the business to help and have been for many years. We are more than willing here as well. But our solution was rejected

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If  they are still willing to come out and put up what they wanted to.  I guess that will have to work.  Just concerned it will not fix it.  I would like to know if this happens after they put up what they want what will be the next step.  When it won't work.
