Be warned they pay for their reviews. I was initially fooled by their reviews. Used car salesman made a bunch of claims, I drove four and a half hours. Negotiated $900 off the price still was disappointed but after driving 9 hours round trip I purchased the vehicle. Less than a week later I was quoted $3,800 in repair. Prior to the sale the salesman responded immediately via text after the sale never responded to any text. When I called him he stated they could have fixed it much cheaper, why didn't they? Don't be fooled by the reviews don't do business with these folks

I would give this business a ZERO for stars. I have tried to get resolution by reaching out to Bedrock first, no resolve. I purchased a 2016 **** Fusion on July 5th, 2022. I wanted my son to have a reliable car to drive to ********** where he is stationed, he is in the US *********** and was home on leave for a short window of time over the 4th of July Holiday. A friend had suggested Bedrock Motors as a reliable place to buy a used vehicle and since we were in a time crunch, we decided to only shop 2 dealers. Unfortunately, Bedrock is NOT reliable. After checking all fluids and anything visible to a naked eye, my son left MN for ********** on July 9th, his 19th Birthday driving overnight stopping for 5 hours to rest and then into the day on Sunday July 10th. He made it about 3 hours from his base on Sunday, in the middle of nowhere in the desert, stopped at a gas station and the car would not shift. He immediately contacted his friend that is a mechanic back in MN and was informed that there is an active recall on this car for that exact problem. He was stranded, in the middle of nowhere, in the desert. He finally had to contact the police in order to get a ride to the nearest *********** base. And then had to have a friend make the 3 hour drive to come and get him, barely making back to base before his 12am curfew on Sunday night. I cannot believe a car that is only 5 days old would break down and be UN-DRIVABLE..On Monday, July 11th, I contacted the sales person, *********************, that sold us the car and he basically said there is nothing he could do. I feel Bedrock should be held liable for selling us a car that was currently under recall without even notifying us. I was told that this vehicle went through an inspection with a mechanic at Bedrock prior to purchase, it obviously didnt or we wouldnt be in this situation.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would give a zero if I cou, who purchases a 30 thousand dollar car and 10k for gap insurance and not shy over a month my car needs ******* worth of work. They had to know something was wrong with this vehicle. Yeah I bout as is but I thought it was still in standards for the lemon clause. And even if I bought as is they cars are not to be trusted because in the end they will let you know its completely your fault. They should be put out of business. This is worse than a scam. I dont even want the fam car now. I also had to pay 1k just to see what was wrong with it and have th car taken apart.

These people sold me a car with a bad engine and a few months after purchasing I try to reach out. They were rude and dismissive and laughed at me because I didnt purchase the warranty and told me I was screwed. Not to mention these people were very offputting, very *************** slime me salesman type. When I first one and even purchase the vehicle I did not like their energy but I really liked the car and I needed it for work so that being said that was the worst decision of my life. In hindsight I wish I kept driving past this dealership like I normally do. They are conniving, liars, pretended to settle me a car knowing **** well I had a bad transmission. That being said I purchased a vehicle for about $16,000 and within a few months had to put in more thousands four to be exact which is ***** significant. Especially being that you would think that they will check the vehicles they sell. Obviously if they know these vehicles do need to be maintained they are not forthcoming to tell you because theyre out here to take it vantage of people in their money because theyre slimy salesman the only care about the bottom line. Ive got speaking to the general manager would help resolve the situation but it made it force because of his sake, pompous, elitist, behavior towards me. They obviously do not care about customer service once they have how do you sign the dotted line to sell your soul to the devil they really prepare less. Buyer beware. They are horrible human beans with little To none ethics and morals. Please do not purchase anything from these people you were regret it trust me.
