***READ BEFORE BUYING HERE******Before you use this company have another inspect what they say needs to be replaced. More than likely One Hour will try and sell you an AC unit or Furnace, even if you truly don't need it.Summer of 2021 I had them come out and diagnose why my AC wasn't working properly. They told me the A-coil was bad and that I would have to replace the condenser as well. I trusted them so I had them replace it all. I felt as if it was to expensive though, so I had 2 other quotes after the fact. Both of which were cheaper.Fast forward to the winter. My furnace was giving me troubles starting up. Again, I had them come out. They said it was a bad relay board and that it would be $1000+ to fix it and I would be better off getting a new furnace. This time I didn't feel like that was the case. I had ordered a new relay board online for $150 and replaced it myself in 10 minutes. That was not the issue. It ended up being a .25 spade connector that was falling off the *************** like new again.DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! Now I'm still paying off a overpriced AC system that I truly don't know if I needed.

I had One Hour came out to fix a tankless water heater that would work. It would turn on but would not start (or give us hot water). They put in a new computer board because it also did not give any error code. Again no success, the said it needed to be replaced. So after that I called the manufacturer, and talked to tech service. We had the normal 'what is the problem' discussion, He then told me that as it had so little usage (45 days a year estimate) and 4 1/2 year old...with no problems....(it is at a cabin) He said it was very unlikely to have totally failed. He routed me to the manufacturer's regional folks and they suggested a particular plumbing firm to call. It was a western wisconsin....a small firm, however they did put their best tech on the call. I showed him that it turns on, but with no repair code and no hot water. And that we had tried a new computer board. Still no luck. Also another firm recommended scrapping it. His response, that one should always check first if water and natural gas were getting into the unit. If they are not, the sensors will keep it from turning on. It is a safety issue. So Then, he checked for water ....and there was no water getting to the unit. Again he said that most tankless water have a very small almost primitive filter in the unit to keep grit out of the tankless water heater. It is the filter of last resort. In this case the water filter unit was partially visible at the bottom of the water heater 'wall' box.. He took it out without opening the box and cleaned it. Then put it back on and started the water heater (plugged it in the electric outlet) and presto 'hot water'. Finally.....note one hours replacement labor cost after all your discounts to replace it with a new water heater under warranty for parts was slightly more than a local wisc plumber's quote with both a new water heater and labor. That is not saying much about their service or nor what any warranty from them is all worth.

They tried to tell us that we had a cracked heat exchanger and “urgently” needed a new furnace, when all we wanted was for them to clean the outside AC unit. After they left, the furnace refused to work, even though it was working just fine two months prior. We got a second opinion who found out they intentionally unplugged our pilot light to try to get us to buy a $16k new HVAC system. Our second opinion also checked the heat exchanger and not only was their zero visible cracks, there was 0 ppm in the air (conveniently, One Hour Heating only did a visual inspection). Their business practices are objectively unethical and under no conditions should you ever utilize this company. They tried to scam new homeowners into spending tens of thousands on unnecessary HVAC work just to line their own pockets. Absolutely nothing but pure snake oil coming from this company.
