    I was not pleased with the service or lack of service I received. I was forced to pay for a service that I did not receive. I would not recommend going here.

    Clients contention that she was never told she would need to wear a mask during her session is simply not true. Our Covid 19 policy is clearly stated on our website that client used to book her appointment as well as in our automated reminders which client acknowledged receiving and responded to our text message confirming her appointment.The client has received services during Covid and at her last visit, signed our Covid **************************** part: I agree to wear a mask covering both my nose and mouth at all times while I am in the spa, including during session. The client also signed the contractual agreement agreeing to adhere to our cancellation policy, agreeing to pay for cancellations that fall outside the time parameters of the cancellation policy. Cancelling an appointment after the start time would meet this criteria.Client sent me a copy of the reminder message she received acknowledging the verbiage please bring a mask or one will be provided. Unsure what other conclusion the client could have come to after seeing these advisements other than she would need to wear a mask while in the spa. A refund is not warranted as client was advised numerous times and through different channels of communication regarding our mask policy, she arrived at her appointment only to refuse to attend her session. Client willingly offered to adhere to her contractual agreement and pay for her reserved time using three different gift cards as payment method.As she has been a client since 2013 she was aware of our cancellation policy, even signing an agreement of such. It was clients choice not to receive her service. It was also clients choice to adhere to her signed contractual agreement and pay for her reserved time. As we were consistent in our policies, procedures and advisements regarding our Covid 19 protocol including masks and client chose not to receive her service, we will not be offering a refund.
