Came here for a cleaning, they told me x rays were needed and insurance covered it once every x years. I believed it, and then ended up getting sent a bill for $300 and some change a while after. (And the x-rays wernt even needed, it was for them to tell me I need my wisdom teeth removed so they can get referral kick backs) - which they wouldve said x rays or not. The next time I came, it was another cleaning. I needed one filling this time. I spoke with 3 different people in the office regarding billing. 2 of them informed me the total was $500 and my insurance pays 80%. I paid $100. Then a month later im sent a bill for $160 because apparently everything came out to $700+ when all the original docs were $500 less 80% $100. They do good work, but any time you go there insurance or not theyll send you bills for random amounts that were never shown or disclosed at any point in time. Definitely going to a new place . Further more, from others that have went to this office— they said the same thing happened to them and theyre going to a new dental place. Not suprising its 1/5 stars on here. I dont even want to leave , this place is all Ive went to— but its quite annoying every time they tell you the amount in office and then send random bills for hundreds within a month after you leave.

Good Doctors however, billing department and management is disorganized when it comes to dental insurance quotes, they will give you a few estimated quotes without checking with your dental plan they will inflate the numbers to your insurance company so that you will come out of pocket thousands of dollars. I paid my dental bill which **** states that my bill was satisfied only to receive another bill owing thousands of dollars. I would beware of their billing practices. You have been warned. I will follow file a complaint with the better business bureau regarding their business practices.

This company discriminated me based on my insurance. I was trying to schedule a dental cleaning/visit for the first time for my almost 4 years old son. The response was that they are at capacity and not taking any new patients. When I asked what she meant, I was told they don’t take anymore people like us. Again, I asked for further explanation and was told that they are not taking anymore patience with my type of insurance (Minnesota care). Then I asked if I could pay out of packet but they still wouldn’t accept me because of my insurance. I felt very discriminated and the worse part is that my 8 years old daughter witnessed it and now she is asking a bunch of questions why they wouldn’t accept her little brother.

This company discriminates based on your insurance. We’ve been going there for years & it always bothered me how, because of my insurance, I could only schedule appointments on the first of the month at 7 am. If you didn’t get through right you had to wait until next month. I’ve paid them thousands out of my pocket, never late & still get treated like crap. I’ve been trying for 5 months to get my son’s cleaning done and I received a call yesterday telling me to find a new dentist, because of my insurance. Horrible practice.

A few years back we started to come here.the front staff is very rude and treat you like your slow.i caught the two workers talking about me when I walked up front. This last time was my final straw when I went in to get a tooth extraction.i was already numbed and ready to go.they came to me and said I had to pay when I was already have way prepped..so I had to get up and go pay up front feeling all tingly. Then my card was declined because it expired and didn't have other with me..They refused to do my 163 dollar procedure until I payed.i had to wait for my husband to arrive and then get numbed all over again.extremely unprofessional and they were not friendly about it either. They clearly care more about money then they do their patients..remind you I was in there for an emergency tooth pain..what a joke. I have never been in a place of business that makes me feel so uncomfortable.

I have a 18-year-old son who never produced an over seventhtooth so we had an implant put in three months ago by TDS I was so excited for him we finally got the OK that the post had healed and so I thought since Park dental was right there alongside this other business where you had the post place would be a great idea boy was I wrong we go there to get is dimensions and pick out a color which I still think is the wrong color from what I picked when he had a place to park dental in Burnsville the color inside looked like it matched then again I was wrong we stood outside the next day and the tooth looked dead I called with my frustrations and we went in the next day I told them of my concerns I didn’t think the tooth was place correctly The color is wrong they told me there was nothing I can do so now we have been referred to a specialist in the same building again to see what they can do to remedy this situation I then called again to speak to somebody in patient complaints and was told the interim person was taking some personal days so this time I still have not received any notifications about my unsatisfaction I should’ve gone to a cosmetic dentist in the first place I was schooled that the reason why the tooth looks different is because of the post now I’ve seen a lot of implants but none that I think show the post color software next corrective appointment I will see what they have to say this was the worst $2300 I’ve ever spent

****************** is a Park Dental dentist, at ***************, ***** **.On a recent visit for partial dentures where impressions were scheduled, she left the plates in too long while chatting about her personal hobbies. She was not able to remove them along with the dental assistant. I was petrified as she recoiled in a corner and asked if I could get it out. There were 6 hands including my own trying to remove the impression tray. Not a good patient experience as she tried to smooth it over by commenting how great the impression was.Her work is sloppy! ****************** attitude is cavelier, and dismissive. She is a poor communicator, and unfocused.Run AWAY from this dentist!

We are sorry for the impact of the experience you encountered at your last appointment with us. It was certainly not our intent for you to have such an experience. We work diligently to make each and every appointment as comfortable as possible , while we strive for perfection with each treatment outcome. Our patients are the most important aspect of our dental practice. We are dedicated to serving you and your dental health needs. Regrettably, it appears we did not meet your expectations. Should you, however, change your mind and want to return to our office, we would welcome you warmly any time. Even if just for a conversation about your last appointment.

Last week, I was scheduled for a Park Dental oral cleaning. I called in advance to make sure my hygienist was fully vaccinated. The office manager called back and told me Park could not disclose that information because their employees were not obligated to shae their vaccination status. I then asked the office manager to ask my hygienist if it would be okay for me to quiz her upon my arrival. The manager returned to the phone and said the hygienist would NOT be telling me her status. I replied that I would ask her anyway upon my arrival so she could tell me to my face that she would not warranty that she was fully vaccinated. At that point, the office manager cancelled my appointment because she did not want her hygienist to confront my question. So the fact remains, Park Dental employees may NOT be fully vaccinated. If a customer is comfortable having a potentially unvaccinated person working in their mouth…and afterwards carry a possible virus home to infect others…Park Dental is where you want to be! Don’t be that customer.
