My dog was dropped off at doggy daycare on 12/13/2021. This was his first day there. While he was there I watched the company’s live camera provided for customers. On the live camera I witnessed my dog and several others within the facility be abused this included but not limited to- kicking my dog, pinning him up against a wall so he was unable to move or escape, hitting the animals, touching them inappropriately, violently shoving them etc. I was only logged on to the livestream for 15 min while on a break. I immediately removed my dog from the day care facility. I screen recorded as much as I could to keep proof of what was going on. I reached out to the business to cancel all of our reservations for puppy daycare. We paid for a whole month and we will not allow him to go back due to the abuse we witnessed. The company did not reach out to me like they said they would. I emailed them requesting for the video recordings of the time my dog was there. The company has not responded. We would like the video footage as well as our money back. Completely unprofessional and bad business.
