    On Friday June 10th 2022 I purchased a set of Rebel Commandos at local game shop. When I returned home and opened it one of the pieces was missing and had been replaced with another piece. I returned the set to store who begrudgingly allowed me to do an exchange. They did not have a replacement for the Commandoes so I exchanged it for a set of Wookiee Warriors. When I opened the Wookiee Warriors set on Sunday I discovered 2 of the figures were missing arms. Mind you both sets were factory sealed and in their original plastic. Since the game shop was closed untill Tuesday I emailed customer service at **********************. I received an automated response from zendesk stating that a ticket had been created and a rep would respond shortly. On monday after not receiving a response I emailed them again only to receive the same automated response. After 48 hours of not hearing from anyone I attempted to call Asmodee's customer support. After not being able to get through I left a voicemail with my info. Later that night I emailed them again. At over 60 hours I attempted to call again and was instructed to leave a voice mail so I did. I also attempted to leave one with ***************** in sales who's box was full. After arriving home I tried one more time and finally talked to a rep. *** tried to put me in contact with a person named *** who at first told her that I would have to return the items to the store. The lady explained the issue and *** finally spoke with me. They finally responded to my emails after combining them into one ticket and offered a return. Today I received an email stating the product was unavailable but I was given a code for a replacement from their web store The code was less than the original price after they charged shipping. After 5 business days the issue is back to day one and no closer to being resolved. The lack of customer service is astounding. And the difficulty of contacting anyone to have issues resolved is absurd. This company needs a complete rehaul.
