      BEWARE!! 5 star reviews is all this dealership cares about but they don't provide the service to justify. My breaks were improperly installed causing my breaks to go completely out among other issues I've experienced with them. I will NEVER go back and I will let everyone know how they lie to their customers.

      I bought a brand new Buick encore GX in the fall of 2021. I previously had a Buick encore and loved it so at first I really thought I was just getting a bigger version. About 2 weeks into my purchase, I went back to the dealership because if connectivity problems with the vehicle. The front side (Sales) said I didn't know how to use the feature and offered to teach me how to use technology. A few weeks after that, I went back because the problem was still occuring and this time the Service Manager, Adam told me I need to uninstall and reinstall the Buick mobile app and I need to use a manufacturer double c cord to connect to everything. Using a Target bought cord was not enough. Fast forward to Spring of 2022 I received a call that other customers were experiencing the same issue and now they are offering me a new radio. By summer there was no improvement and David, the GM offered to buy back the car. Sad to say, I would not accept the horrible offer made by Nissan I decided to stay stuck in my Buick. I have continued to get the car serviced by the dealership (oil changes) and tire rotation and now I'm being told that a recent survey I completed that didn't give rave reviews warrants Walser Buick of Roseville to tell me I am no longer welcome, I need to take my business elsewhere. I called the GM who answered my call but hung up on me. And when I called the Corporate office a very nice and friendly receptionist told me Pete is out of town but I would receive a call. I provide her with dates of my availability and waited. Today the GM calls me since Pete is out of state with his family he is reaching out. David agreed that if I am not happy, I need to find another dealer (further from them 6 miles from my house) and that he tried to help but since my low surveys take money out of the rep's hand, they can't risk taking care of me. Not only did this dealer sell me a lemon I now am being told my feedback means they don't want this woman to share her thoughts in a survey

      The absolute worst ever!!! Brought our car in for a security issue the car wouldn't start they charged us for a battery and starter and said it was fixed came to pick up car and it still didn't start!! After being quoted a price we regretfully gave them permission to fix...then when we came to pick up car again the quoted price doubled!!!!! Do not trust this dealership their shady business practices and complete incompetence is beyond comprehension.. They made MY WIFE CRY! The car they were working on was her deceased fathers... This is the first review i have ever written and probably will ever write
