On August 16, 2022, I had Prefer Paving Inc out to put in a driveway at my residence. While doing so they struck the side of my garage and put a hole in the wall of the garage and siding as well as knocking the studs that hold a header out of place. So basically, there was structural damage done. They stated they would remedy the issue, had me hold back ****** of the cost until the repairs get done, but the individual that was to do the work never scheduled with me the work to be done. I called that individual several times and still nothing scheduled to do the work. I then called Prefer Paving and was informed that they would have to "come up with a different plan". I have since called them twice more and left messages that I want my garage fixed and they have failed to even return my calls. Now I have a hole in my garage wall and structural damage, and I am having issues with mice and squirrels getting into the garage and from there into the house. It has been three months and I have been very patient with them but am now losing my patience. I even have the siding that they can use to replace that damaged siding. They just need to get the work done and repair the damage they caused.
