Hello I had my dryer repaired and it was working for a while then it stopped same issue as before, ****'s refused to fix the problem until I pay for the first job I'm going to pay next week what they claim I owe but they won't set up a appointment now since it takes weeks and I've been without a dryer for a while and it's costing me money to take my clothes to the laundry mat all they are concerned about is there money and in the best interest of them not the customers I would like a discount on what they charged from the first visit and a repair man out when they received there money not weeks or months laterBusiness response

I believe I received this complaint in error for the ******* ********************** has 30 locations all over the mid-west, I am located in Northern ********* in *******.
I have no purchase or service history with the customer that has sent in this complaint.
I did reach out to both our St.Cloud & *********** locations.
It is corporate policy to collect any past due debt before allowing any new service or sales to be issued or completed.
After speaking to both other ****'s locations (notated above), it seems as though the above named customer had ********************** performed by our St.Cloud location service tech (in May 2023).
Customer paid the ********************** bill at the time with a check, that check did not clear the bank due to NSF.
The bad debt will need to be paid before a new service call is set up. That is policy.
Not knowing the full history of this individual I would advise them to call and speak to the manager of where service is being performed out of to see if any financial arrangements can be made to help assist customer.
