March 2024 agreement made.No down payment required.*** said he'd order a new motherboard and fix it himself. Estimate of less than a month to complete job.I've called Digital Majik with this text at least 6 times over the past few months and they are not returning my calls. What could be worse than having *** do a diagnosis, making an agreement for *** to replace motherboard to get a call that the hard drive in the computer you entrusted to them is missing then get a call from *** complaining about screws? The answer is messaging them at least six times asking the same question----and I quote because now after not getting any answer I'm off to the races at BBB, the Secretary of State, and possibly other officials with this message---"Hi ***, did you get the yoga fixed? I hope the motherboard you put in it was fixed was ****** (yoga) exactly like what was in it__if not I would find it unacceptable. And I still want to know how you could have diagnosed that it was windows 10 when you had it in your shop if it was no there- that the problem was a fried motherboard instead and not a failed hard drive as you diagnosed it may be a better choice for me to just contact the bbb if the agreement we agreed upon was not as agreed and best if you return my machine with windows 10 hard drive and battery, the yoga as I gave it to you or shall I also notify other authorities such as Secretary of State"Business response

To Whom It May ***************************** have tried on numerous occasions to contact ****. I left voice messages for her. As to her contacting me. I was never given the messages by our staff. That is an internal problem. As to her missing hard drive, I have looked and looked and looked and cannot find it. I am going to offer her a full repair with a new hard drive fully loaded with Windows 10 ands accompanying software. This is being done at no cost to her. The computer is repaired and waiting for her to pick it up. I do appologize that this happened and this is not normal for us. It is unfortunate but there is nothing I can do to find the missing hard drive. As I said the computer is repaired and there is no cost to ****. Dijital Majik has been sold to a new owner and He is not resposible in any way for this issue. The fault is on me as the old owner. Again I do apologize for this mishap.
