    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They completely ruined my $3,000 wedding dress. I went to pick up my dress and found a huge hole in it when I got home. I messaged them and they offered to fix it. When I picked it up after it was "fixed", you could still clearly see the hole! Cheap patch job. I filled out the claim form to be reimbursed and was asked to leave the dress. I went in a few days later and was told that since I was suing them, I am not able to take my dress home as **** thought I would ruin my dress and blame it on them. The manager then went to call ****, she came back and said I could take my dress home. I got my cleaning fee refunded and left. First of all, I never said I would *** them. **** said you can take us to small claims court if you want and I said I might. He said his lawyer will wait for my call.Second, what bride would ever ruin their wedding dress?Lastly, never, ever, ever, bring your wedding dress here.All the ladies are very nice, however **** is a complete a** He knows they are in the wrong and are trying to get off by "fixing" it. The dress is not fixed by any means!!

    Dear *****,As per our earlier conversations, we would like to clarify that your wedding dress was not ruined. We, in fact, provided you with a full refund, even after you denied it because you wanted cash. Additionally, we took the necessary steps to fix the tear near the bottom of the bustle, as our seamstress explained that it was a common issue. The tear was professionally and nicely repaired by an expert seamstress well known to the St. Cloud area.I would like to specifically respond to this statement written by you I filled out the claim form to be reimbursed and was asked to leave the dress. I went in a few days later and was told that since I was suing them, I am not able to take my dress home as **** thought I would ruin my dress and blame it on them.This statement appears to be inaccurate. Based on our records, you visited us on January 25th, ****, to complete a claim form. (Per message, I did not promise you that you would be reimbursed. After doing some research, we did find that your dress only sold for $99-$450 online. We never promised a full buy out price. This information is all listed on the claim form you filled out.) When we offered you a full refund for the cleaning, you declined it because we could not provide cash and instead demanded a payment of $2,800. Following your demand, **** stopped in that same evening and left a voicemail due to staff discomfort with the situation. You immediately returned the call and threatened legal action if we did not purchase your wedding gown. We were not able to process this claim, even after this research was done, because you came in the following day to pick up your gown. When orders leave our store, we cannot process claim forms. This is also listed on the claim form you filled out.We are disappointed with the name-calling and negative comments directed towards our business. We assure you that we treated you with the utmost respect and made every effort to provide you with satisfactory service. It's worth noting that **** was not involved in our online conversations, and his only interaction with you was when you visited our establishment and harassed our staff. Regrettably, this was the final straw, and we had to take action against such behavior, as our team deserves to be treated with respect.Regrettably, we are unable to conduct business with customers who resort to derogatory language and harassment of our team members. As an organization, we have a zero-tolerance policy against bullying and are committed to safeguarding our team's well-being.Thank you.
